"Dr. Ashu Gupta completed her B.Sc. (Hons.) in Chemistry in 1997 and M.Sc. in Inorganic Chemistry in 1999, both from the University of Delhi. She completed her Ph.D. in 2004 from the Department of Chemistry, University of Delhi, India, on the topic “Designing and Synthesis of Functionalized Polymers for Preconcentration and Determination of Trace Metal Ions: A Green Chemistry Approach” under the guidance of Prof. R.K. Sharma, University of Delhi. Currently, she is a Professor and Coordinator of the DBT research project at Shyam Lal College, University of Delhi. She also holds the position of Bursar at the College. Dr. Gupta is an active member of the Green Chemistry Network Centre. With over 20 years of teaching and research experience, she has published several research papers in various peer-reviewed national and international journals.
