Dr. Kanika Solanki is working as an Assistant Professor at Department of Chemistry, Shyamlal College, University of Delhi. She also worked as a Research Associate and Faculty at the Department of Chemistry, University of Delhi for more than 5 years. She is an active member of the Green Chemistry Network Centre. She completed her Ph.D. at M. G. S. University, Bikaner, Rajasthan. Her research interests include the synthesis, design and applications of chelating resins nano-adsorbents, magnetic nanomaterials for catalysis and environmental remediation with prime focus on waste water treatment. She has more than 22 research papers in journals of international repute with good impact factors. She has also written a book chapter for IGNOU for M.Sc. Chemistry Course Book. She has been awarded with the young scientist award and best poster presentation awards in several international and national conferences as well as seminars. She worked as a Lecturer at the Govt. College of Engineering and Technology, Bikaner, as a Senior Research Fellow at Rajasthan University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences, Bikaner, Rajasthan.
