Dr. Komilla Suri has a Ph.D in Nanotechnology and an M.Sc in Physics with a specialisation in Electronics. She cleared CSIR- UGC NET with JRF in her first attempt in the year 1997. She loves the teaching profession and has been serving as a lecturer at Delhi University for almost 20 years. She has contributed chapters on basic Electronics both for IGNOU and NIOS. She has served as the Teacher in-charge of the Physics department at Shyam Lal College (SLC). She has guided students in projects and research work. She updates herself with changing trends in science by doing many Refresher courses. She actively participates in National and International Conferences, Seminars, Workshops and FDP, both in online and offline modes. She has rendered service as a member and convener of several committees at SLC. She has organised several lectures, conferences, and workshops over the years. She has many research papers to her credit with very high citation index/value. In the times to come, she wishes to bring more pride to the College and University through her teaching and research work. Her area of research interest is Nanotechnology.
