
Dr. Amit Kumar is an accomplished academician, currently serving as an Assistant Professor in the Department of English at Shyam Lal College (M), University of Delhi. With a passion for literature and language, Dr. Kumar began his academic journey by obtaining a Bachelor of Arts degree from GDC Bhaderwah in 2010. He then pursued higher education to delve deeper into his field of interest. In 2019, he successfully completed his MPhil, further honing his expertise in English literature. His academic pursuits culminated in the completion of his doctoral studies in 2023, with his thesis titled "Woman and Nature: An Ecofeminist Study of Select Films of Twenty-First Century Indian Cinema." In December 2019, he also cleared the National Eligibility Test (UGC NET). In addition to his academic achievements, Dr. Amit Kumar has extensive teaching experience spanning over six years. He has taught at the University of Jammu, HNB Garhwal University, and GDC Doda.
