Anuj Kumar Sharma is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Mathematics at Shyam Lal College, University of Delhi, since August. During this time, he has been involved as a member of various committees and the IQAC. He is also a member of the Unnat Bharat Abhiyan project. He completed his Ph.D. in Inventory Management from the Department of Operational Research, Faculty of Mathematical Sciences, University of Delhi, India, in 2016. He holds an M.Phil. and Master’s degree in Mathematics. His research interests lie in the Indian Knowledge System, the development of mathematical models for realistic problems, inventory models under varying trade credit and marketing policies, and fuzzy environments. He has published around twenty research papers, one conference proceeding article, and two book chapters in reputed, peer-reviewed international journals. He also served as a mentor for a completed mentorship research project titled "An Action-Based Study to Explore & Connect Select IKS in Contemporary Discourses & Practices" under the IKS division of AICTE. Additionally, he is the Principal Investigator (PI) of a research project titled "Indian Mathematicians from Ancient to Modern India: Contribution towards the Spirit of Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam" under the IKS division of AICTE.
