Ashani Dhar, currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Social Sciences in Health from Jawaharlal Nehru University, is a dedicated professional with a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Lady Shri Ram College for Women, University of Delhi, and a Master's degree in Development and Labour Studies from Jawaharlal Nehru University. She has cleared the UGC-NET exam in Economics and has actively participated in national and international conferences on varied topics. Apart from academics, she completed a month-long internship with the prestigious National Human Rights Commission and engaged in a short-term consultancy project with the World Bank on disaster management. Her specializations include labour studies, public economics, development studies, among others, and she is constantly committed to making classroom teaching an interactive process by adopting creative pedagogical tools.
