Ashani Dhar, currently pursuing her Ph.D from Jawaharlal Nehru University, is a dedicated professional. She completed B.A. (Hons) in Economics from Lady Shri Ram College for Women, University of Delhi. She holds a Master's degree in Development and Labour Studies from the Centre for Informal Sector and Labour Studies, Jawaharlal Nehru University. She has cleared UGC-NET in economics. She has been associated with National Service Scheme throughout her Graduation. She has a keen interest in developmental issues, public economics and environmental economics. Her research work primarily revolves around displacement studies and informal economy.
