Dr Mukta Rohatgi is Associate professor with SLC and has been part of academia for twenty three years now. Shri Ram College of Commerce and Faculty of Management Studies have been her alma-mater. She has taught in Lakshmi Bai College for 3 years and Shri Ram College of Commerce for 6 years before getting permanent appointment in current college. Apart from teaching under graduate students she has taken classes in South Campus for MBE and M.Phil students and has conducted honorary corporate trainings on Time Management, Happiness at work, Relational practices at work and Anger Management with various organisations . She has taken many workshops on Resume Building and Business Finance in the college. Her specialisation is in Management, Organization Behaviour and International Business. She has more than 11 research papers in peer reviewed and scopus indexed journals and a book to her credit. She was director of an international conference held in April, 2023 in Shyam Lal College, University of Delhi and Convenor of one held in September,2023. She has been Convenor ofWomen's Development Cell, Shyam Lal College, University of Delhi and is currently Nodal Officer, Har har Dhyan Campaign, Shyam Lal College. She is also member of Grievances and Redressal Committee and Canteen Committee.
