Having pursued her Bachelors and Masters Degree from Ramjas College, University of Delhi, she is currently working on her PhD on Dystopian Fiction from Jamia Millia Islamia, Delhi. She has a teaching experience of 5+ years. Her research interests lie in the fields of Dystopian Fiction, Memory Studies, Gender Studies and Dalit Literature with a special interest on Speculative fiction and Detective literature. She has a number of publications to her credit with the most recent being her edited book titled "Dalit Feminist Discourse: Voices in Dalit Narratives" published by Aakar Books in 2024.
