Dr. Kinshuk Majumdar's academic journey commenced with a B.A. in English (Hons) from Delhi University's Deshbandhu College in 1997. He furthered his studies at Jamia Millia Islamia, obtaining an M.A. in English in 2000, followed by an M. Phil in 2002, where his thesis focused on "The Glass Palace as an anti-imperialist novel." In 2013, under the guidance of Prof. Shyamala A. Narayan, Dr. Majumdar earned his PhD from Jamia Millia Islamia for his research on "Subject to Rule: The Individual and the State in Amitav Ghosh’s Writings." Dr. Majumdar has been imparting knowledge in various colleges within Delhi University since 2003, securing a permanent position at Shyam Lal College, Shahdara, in 2008. Throughout his career, Dr. Majumdar has continuously honed his teaching skills through numerous workshops and programs. Noteworthy among these are his participation in the 98th Orientation Programme at UGC-ASC, Jamia Millia Islamia, and the 12th Refresher Course, also organized by UGC-ASC, Jamia Millia Islamia.
